Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture components having defects. If the furniture component is defective within the terms of the warranty, All Furniture Company will furnish a replacement component at no cost.

PRODUCT - LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

All Furniture Company, LLC products are warranted to the original purchaser from the time of receipt, for a period of one (1) year.

We warrant that our furniture and all of its parts and components are free of defects, damage, and imperfections in materials or workmanship during shipping and under normal indoor residential use and service conditions.

The limited product warranty does not cover:

• damage or defects caused by improper assembly;
• damage or defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, negligence, exposure to the elements, or acts of nature;
• assembly or disassembly labor;

Liability for consequential or incidental damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Certain states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, of which this exclusion or limitation may not apply.
